Refund policy

Refunds for Goods

Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Good has printing error(s);

Good does not match description; or

Good is incorrect size.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Gift Cards

Goods must be returned to ArtlyAri Photography and Prints to receive refund. Refund amount will not be processed until Good arrives and is assessed. ArtlyAri reserves the right to request photo evidence of printing error(s), damage, and/or incorrect product specification.

Goods with shipping damages will be assessed on a per case basis at the sole discretion of ArtlyAri Photography and Prints, LLC for all orders placed without purchase of shipping protection. Details on shipping protection can be found below.

ArtlyAri Photography and Prints does not accept refunds on goods delivered outside of the estimated delivery window. Delivery windows are estimates only. Please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled prior to shipment.

Refunds for Services

All services sold on our Site are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the services provided to you please contact me so that I may work with you regarding your order.

 

Return Process

Returns can be initiated by contacting Arihana Roos at contact@artlyari.com, or through an ArtlyAri account. You are required to provide your reason for requesting a return.

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure: Pack your goods and attach the return label that has been issued to you. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.

 

Shipping Protection/Insurance:

For all physical goods, you have the option to purchase shipping insurance. Shipping protection covers 100% damage, loss, or theft while in transit.

Goods must be returned to ArtlyAri Photography and Prints to receive refund except in the case of loss or theft covered under shipping protection. Refund amount will not be processed until Good arrives and is assessed. ArtlyAri reserves the right to request photo evidence of printing error(s), damage, and/or incorrect product specification.

 

ArtlyAri Photography and Prints LLC reserves the right to deny any return request at its sole discretion.
